GUIDELINES for NGOs to avail sufficient REWARD-POINTS (Rp)

BRIEF DETAILs ON REWARD-POINTS
(Rp) in the Game of Giving :

GiveG Foundation is a non-profit organization
dedicated to empowering NGOs and Charity organizations in "mobilizing
resources" from within their local areas.  "Mobilizing resources"
help and support their beneficiaries including the poor, needy, disabled
and the less-fortunate.

Most Voluntary organizations "raise
funds" to buy 'goods or services' they needy.

GiveG has found an innovative way to
help voluntary organizations avail free 'goods or services' they
need without having to 'raise funds'.

As consumers or producers, most citizens
generate a lot of surplus.  By re-cycling the 'Surplus resources'
available, we can support social-cause activities.  Both by definition
and practice, 'surplus resources' normally go wasted or get
discarded.

Surplus as we know means:
that which remains over and above what has been used or is required;
a residue.

Resources as we know means:
Capital goods, durables, consumer goods, consumables, perishables, goods,
things, items, commodities, professional and non-professional services,
voluntary services, etc.

GiveG has created an innovative platform
using internet and mobile technologies to spearhead an interesting campaign
called the 'Game of Giving'.  By persuading and soliciting
Citizens to donate their 'surplus goods or volunteer services',
we are able to cater to the resource-needs of the voluntary sector.

Givers enroll at www.GiveG.com pledging 'goods or services' they are willing
to donate.  This allows the Needy NGO to contact them directly.

NGOs enroll at www.GiveG.com as RECIVERs, listing 'resources they need'.
Only genuine and approved NGOs have access to Givers' details.

Reward-points (Rp) is a transacting
tool used by the NGOs to acknowledge the generosity of the Givers.

Reward-points (Rp) are notional points
Givers receive as an acknowledgment for their donation from the NGOs
/ GiveG Coordinators.   Reward-points (Rp) equal to the rupee-value
of goods/services is awarded by the NGO to the Giver, by way of an SMS
at the time of donation. (Rs.100=Rp 100)

Givers also have the choice of despositing
their 'surplus goods' at a nearby GiveG Resource Centre.  GiveG
Coordinators at GiveG Resource Centres issue Reward-points to Givers.
Coordinators judiciously distribute the 'collected resource' to
various NGOs in the area.

At the time of donation

Every 'goods or services' a
Giver donates to the Needy has a money-value.  Based on the money-value
of donation mutually agreed-upon between the Giver and the Needy NGO
/ Coordinator, the Giver will receive Reward-points through an SMS.
(Refer the 'Needy Guide to SMS' at
www.GiveG.com )

Givers will receive the agreed-upon
Reward-points on their mobile, which is also updated on their web-page
at GiveG.com.  They can look up at their accumulated Reward-points
too.

Based on the requirements of the Needy
NGOs, GiveG shall allot pre-determined Reward-points to every NGO.
It is from these Reward-point credits that the Needy shall issue Reward-points
to Givers at the time of donation.  The Needy NGO will be prudent
while availing goods/services they absolutely require, as they have
to judiciously spend from their limited Reward-point credits.

GiveG Foundation to Approve our Application as a Needy and
grant us the power to issue Reward-points
.

We are aware of the national-level crusade
initiated by GiveG, the Game of Giving and
www.GiveG.com.

We are aware that GiveG invites Citizens
and organizations to donate  their
'surplus goods and volunteer services'

to help and support NGOs.

As a registered Needy on GiveG, we have
the opportunity to avail 'free resources' that are donated by Givers.
In order to be able to avail these resources, we have to be approved
and have sufficient Reward-points (Rp) in my account.  Using the
GiveG's unique Reward-point system we shall be able to access suitable
Givers and solicit 'resources' for our NGO.

We are aware the GiveG provides us an
innovative platform for NGOs to claim resources they need and reduce
our over-dependence on funds.  We are also aware that GiveG will
strengthen, enhance and expand our donor-base.

We are a genuine, honest and committed
NGO, keen on 'mobilizing resources' to support our charity
activities, and if possible even those of other NGOs also in our area.

We will arrange to mail/courier the
Application form (and other papers) to GiveG  along with this Undertaking.

GiveG shall allot Reward-points (Rp)
sufficient to empower us to avail goods or services from Givers.

We shall issue Reward-points (Rp) to
Givers equal to the rupee-value of the goods or services we receive
from them.

We shall request and invite existing
and  prospective Donors or Givers to "Sign-up as Givers" at
www.GiveG.com.   We believe that this will ensure
ongoing donations.

We shall be prudent when issuing Reward-points
to Givers; even negotiating with the Givers before such issue.

We will not indulge in any fraudulent
or unethical  behavior, transaction or relationship.

We are aware that we have to provide
sufficient reason or cause for further or subsequent allotment of Reward-points.

We are aware that there are no financial
considerations for GiveG to provide this facility to us.  However
GiveG shall have the authority or right to change or include any terms
and conditions, including financial obligations.

We shall participate in the evolving
guidelines issued by GiveG.  We shall adhere to ideals of accountability
and transparency, while enhancing the legitimacy, credibility and capacity-building
initiatives.

We are partners-in-service to help the
poor, needy, less-fortunate, less-privileged, disabled and the like
in the society.  If it is found that the we are indulging in acts,
commissions and omissions contradicting the GiveG's trust and intentions,
the GiveG shall have the right to take appropriate action, including
removal from GiveG.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have
signed this Undertaking, in duplicate, as of the date set forth below.
