About Us

 

In India we address everyone with a respectful Ji.  We wanted to respectfully request fellow citizens to Give to good-causes around them, hence we coined the word GiveG.

GiveG is a community initiative that helps the less-privileged and less-fortunate to benefit from the graciousness of the well-to-do around them. 

It is found that only about 1 % of the Indian population is involved in 'Giving' to 'social development causes'.  When more than 40 % of the Indian population is below poverty line (bpl), it is pertinent that we increase the 'population of Givers' in the country.

GiveG is a result of looking at 'better and 'innovative ways of giving'.  Here is an 'Alternate' System of Giving, which taps into the 'SURPLUS' that is created by consumers, producers and service-providers.

We believe that this generation has within its power the ability to eradicate all 'avoidable' and 'unwanted' sufferings in the society.  This has become possible because of technological advances and a heightened sense of awareness amongst the citizens of the world.
